Check-in and check-out times / Obtaining keys
- Check-in time is 2 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. These times may be flexible if the apartment is not rented the day before your arrival or the day of your departure. Provision may be made to leave your baggage in a safe place in the building on arrival and departure days, prior to check in/check out time.
- The apartment keys will be provided upon your arrival at the apartment building between 7:30 am and midnight. A staff member will welcome you to the apartment, show you the accommodation and confirm your departure time.
Deposit
- At check-in you will be asked to leave a deposit of 300 euros (we accept bank cheque for accounts in France, cash in euros or equivalent in other selected currencies). The deposit will be returned after check-out provided inspection confirms no damage to the apartment or its contents.
What is included in the price?
- Included in the rental price is high-speed internet access, water consumption and cleaning before and after your stay.
- For stays of less than 24 days the electricity is also included. Stays in excess of 24 days will require the electricity to be paid for upon your departure according to the amount consumed. The electricity meter reading will be checked upon arrival and prior to departure.
- Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the rental price.
Rental procedure
1) Send us an e-mail with the check-in and check-out dates and the number of persons that will occupy the apartment.
2) We will confirm you the availability and the price as soon as possible, and we will ask you to pay 30% of the rental price within 1 one week to confirm and hold your reservation (without this payment we reserve the right to cancel your reservation). This payment can be made by bank transfer or with a bank cheque from a French Bank. This payment is non-refundable unless another guest can be found for the same days of the cancelled arrangement.
3) Tell us your approximate arrival time so we can welcome you (if you are coming by plane, please tell us the flight number so we can be aware of possible delays).
4) When entering the apartment you will have to pay the rest of the rental price. You can pay in cash (Euro) or with a bank cheque from a French Bank. You can also pay this via bank transfer prior to your arrival. At check-in you can also tell us if you wish to have a cleaning service during your stay (you will need to pay for this service directly to the cleaning person).
5) At check-out your deposit will be returned provided inspection confirms no damage to the apartment or its contents.
Apartment use conditions
- The apartment is rented as a provisional housing or leisure housing. It shall not be your principal residence under any circumstances. The tenant is not allowed to conduct any commercial or professional activities in the apartment.
- The number of guests shall not exceed the occupancy indicated on the reservation. Furthermore, the maximum capacity is 4 people. Children under 2 years old are not included in the maximum capacity.
- The tenant and his/her guest will respect the building rules and maintain harmony with other residents. |
